Reporting to the Vice-President, Legal, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, the successful candidate will support key stakeholders including Human Resources Business Partners and Allstate’s Leadership, Employee Communications and Talent & Acquisition Teams on a broad range of employment and human resources matters.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of employment law experience with a strong background in advising on all aspects of employment law including human rights, employment standards, terminations, contracts, internal investigations, employee policies and litigation.
