Our client, one of Canada’s most respected litigation boutique firms, is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join their team. You will represent clients in commercial litigation matters, including but not limited to: securities litigation, contract disputes, shareholder disputes, partnership agreements, and professional liability. In addition, you will provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients throughout the litigation process.
