Davies Howe is looking to add a Cost Sharing and Infrastructure Associate to join its small yet highly regarded and dynamic firm in downtown Toronto.
In this role, you will specialize in the firm’s cost-sharing and infrastructure practice. As a member of this team, you will work collaboratively with lawyers to negotiate and draft agreements required to secure necessary infrastructure for new development opportunities. In addition, the role will require involvement in other areas of the land development process and expropriation matters. The successful candidate will bring 1-4 years of relevant experience gained at another firm or in-house environment as well as a demonstrated interest in real estate development. Proficiency with Teraview is a requirement.
The successful candidate will bring strong academic backgrounds and strong interpersonal skills with a desire to contribute and work collaboratively with a highly regarded legal team.
