Davies Howe is looking to add a Litigation Associate to join its small yet highly regarded and dynamic firm in downtown Toronto. 

As a member of the firm’s diverse litigation practice, you will provide strategic advice to help clients achieve the long-term results they want, whether through litigation, alternative dispute resolution or an alternative creative problem-solving approach. The firm assists clients on a wide range of matters, in areas, including, but not limited to: insurance defence, land use, expropriation, employment, and general commercial litigation with a major focus being in the field of life and health insurance law. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ of relevant post-call experience gained in private practice or in a company setting, excellent research and writing skills, and strong oral advocacy.

The successful candidate will bring strong academic backgrounds and strong interpersonal skills with a desire to contribute and work collaboratively with a highly regarded legal team.
