Our client is a global developer of mixed-use condominium sites, a landlord with a diverse portfolio and a provider of asset management services in Canada and abroad. The company is seeking a junior corporate/commercial lawyer to join their Toronto office located in North York. Reporting to the General Counsel, the successful candidate will work on a variety of corporate commercial matters. Responsibilities will include; drafting and negotiating commercial agreements; advising on transactions including acquisitions, dispositions and financings; advising on corporate governance and other matters affecting the company’s business. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of post-call corporate/commercial OR real estate experience gained from a reputable law firm or in-house legal department. Our client, is seeking a driven team player who is motivated to build a career in the real estate industry.
