Our client, a national law firm, is seeking a junior corporate/securities lawyer to join their Corporate Group. You will work on a range of transactions for both public and private clients including corporate finance, securities and mergers and acquisitions. The successful candidate will have 3 to 6 years of corporate/securities experience gained from another leading law firm, and strong academic credentials.
