Our client, a global law firm, is looking to add a Tax Associate to their reputable team.
About the Role
Our client, a global law firm, is seeking a Tax Associate to join its Tax Group. In this role, you will advise clients on a broad range of domestic and cross-border tax matters, including public and private mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance transactions, corporate reorganizations, and related tax planning initiatives. You will work closely with a team of well-known tax partners, providing strategic tax advice to corporations, private equity sponsors, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 3–4 years of relevant tax experience gained at a leading law firm.
