President, RainMaker Group

Adam founded RainMaker Group in 1998 and as President, manages all aspects of RainMaker’s business operations. He specializes in partner and senior level placements in both firms and in-house departments. His successes include recruitment of executive general counsels, senior lawyers in private practice as well as entire legal departments.

Prior to founding RainMaker Group, Adam worked as a Sales Manager and Director of Sales and Marketing for a US-based publishing company. He obtained his law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School, and continued to provide sales and marketing seminars for various professional organizations throughout his studies. He was later called to the Ontario Bar and practiced corporate finance with a major Bay Street firm until founding RainMaker Group.

Adam’s recruitment experience, extensive network in the legal community and industry knowledge have made him an authoritative figure on every aspect of the legal profession. He is also a fervent sports fan, and combines his personal interest and his professional network to support several charities through the organization and sponsorship of various sporting events.
