As a member of this group, you will play a pivotal role working on a variety of
corporate matters including acquisitions and divestitures, shareholder, partnership and
joint venture arrangements as well as corporate reorganizations. Lawyers in this group
also work closely with clients on day to day matters, providing general counsel
regarding commercial and business issues.

With a view to the future, the Chaitons team is seeking to bring on two lawyers with
1-5 years of post-call experience in either Corporate or Insolvency & Restructuring.
