Our client is seeking a talented Corporate M&A Associate to work alongside one of the country’s preeminent M&A practitioners. This is a rare opportunity to join one of the top 5 M&A practices in the country, gain exposure to high calibre deals and become a part of a team that offers a strong path to partnership. The successful candidate will advise leading public and private companies on domestic and cross-border M&A, divestitures, buyouts, IPOs and other capital markets transactions. The successful candidate will have 3 to 5 years of post call experience gained from a reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
