Dream is seeking to add a mid-level Corporate/Securities lawyer to join their exceptional team. Reporting to the General Counsel & Corporate Secretary, the position will provide support across all Dream entities on a wide range of corporate, securities, governance and investment management matters. The successful candidate will be exposed to a variety of work including: advising on corporate finance and investment transactions; supporting the corporate governance function and ESG initiatives; assisting the finance and reporting teams with timely and continuous disclosure, including proxy circulars, financial statements and MD&A; advising on acquisitions, dispositions and joint ventures as well as general corporate commercial matters; and managing external counsel where required.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance and securities from a leading law firm or a major public company. Dream is seeking a highly organized individual who understands how to balance legal risk with business objectives and can deliver practical legal advice in a fast-paced setting.
