Reporting to the Director, Privacy, Records & Corporate Legal, the successful candidate will provide key support to the Corporate Compliance, Ombudsman, Claims and Marketing functions on a broad range of legal, insurance and regulatory related matters, including ongoing monitoring of new laws to proactively advise business unit clients of their impact on ACG’s business.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of commercial law experience with a strong background in Insurance Products Underwriting practices, Regulatory Compliance, Complaints Resolution, and Claims management.
