Reporting to the Director, Privacy, Records & Corporate Legal, the successful candidate will handle a broad range of contract, procurement and technology related matters. You will provide key support to the Claims and Vendor Management functions, advise on supplier risk management and work on a variety of corporate projects across ACG.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of commercial law experience with a strong background in negotiating and drafting contracts relating to technology, intellectual property, privacy and data security & protection law.
