Aurora is seeking two talented lawyers to join their high caliber legal team. These positions will ideally be located in Toronto, but there is an opportunity to be based out of Aurora’s Vancouver or Edmonton offices as well. The ideal candidates will have 4-6 years and 8-12 years of corporate, commercial and M&A experience.
Reporting to the Senior Counsel, the successful candidates will act as trusted advisors to all business functions, providing counsel on Aurora’s strategic growth initiatives including acquisitions, dispositions, partnerships and investment transactions. Additionally, these roles will lead the negotiation and drafting of a range of commercial agreements and advise on emerging cannabis compliance legislation and corporate governance matters.
