Corporate/M&A
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of corporate, commercial and/or M&A experience and will advise on acquisitions, dispositions, partnerships and investment transactions, negotiate and draft a range of commercial agreements and advise on emerging cannabis compliance legislation and corporate governance matters.
