Our client, a national law firm, is seeking a mid-level associate to join its preeminent Banking and Lending Group. The Group advises some of the leading corporate, government and institutional clients in some of the largest and precedent setting financings in Canada and abroad. As a member of this group, you will advise on domestic and cross-border asset-based and syndicated lending transactions, project financings, acquisition and take-over bid financings and debt restructuring transactions. The successful candidate will have 4 to 7 years of financial services experience gained from another leading law firm.
