Insolvency & Restructuring
As a member of this group, you will work on some of the largest Canadian and
cross-border receivership and restructuring files across a wide range of industry
sectors. Lawyers in this group also frequently act as independent counsel to
court-appointed monitors, receivers, liquidators, inspectors and trustees in bankruptcy.

With a view to the future, the Chaitons team is seeking to bring on two lawyers with
1-5 years of post-call experience in either Corporate or Insolvency & Restructuring.
