As the Hamilton economy continues to grow, our client, a leading local law firm, is seeking to add two new associates to support their busy practice.
Condo Development Lawyer: 3-6 years
As a member of this team you will represent landowners, developers and builders in a variety of real-estate related matters including planning and development, purchase and sale, leasing and secured financings with respect to commercial, industrial office and retail properties.
Corporate/Commercial Lawyer: 3-6 years
As a member of this team, you will act on behalf of a range of clients from entrepreneurs to multi-national, publicly traded corporations on a variety of matters including incorporations, re-organizations, mergers and acquisitions and general commercial matters.
