Due to considerable growth and significant industry demand, Glaholt is currently looking to add a Mid-Level Construction Lawyer to join its dynamic and highly regarded team. With Glaholt, you will have an opportunity to engage with clients on critical international and domestic social infrastructure, transit, institutional, commercial, industrial and residential projects. As a member of the firm, you will work on diverse and complex construction related matters including but not limited to: acting on behalf of owners, contractors, and insurers in disputes involving claims of breach of contract, negligence, liens, cost overruns, and delay and deficiencies. You will draft and negotiate construction, design and procurement contracts while also advising on various issues related to these matters. In addition, you will manage claims for clients through traditional litigation, adjudication and all forms of alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
Our client is seeking a self-motivated and well-rounded individual, with a strong
understanding of construction contracts and practices, dispute resolution processes, project management, and the relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of construction litigation experience gained from another leading law firm or in-house legal department.
