As a member of this team, you will work on a range of transactions for both public and private clients including corporate finance, securities and M&A deals and provide ongoing securities and general corporate and commercial support to clients across a range of industries. Additionally, you will receive the mentorship of skilled peers, work alongside top tier law firms and provide strategic advice to business leaders.
