Fernandes Hearn LLP is seeking to add two senior lawyers to their growing team. Working
for clients ranging from large organizations to smaller, privately-owned businesses and
start-ups, the successful candidates will enjoy the benefits of practicing in a true team
environment where practice synergies can be leveraged.

Corporate/Commercial Lawyer
The successful candidate will work on a range of matters including executing M&A and
financing transactions, corporate structuring and shareholder agreements, negotiating and drafting commercial agreements and advising clients in regulated industries. The ideal candidate will have 8-10 years of post-call related experience from another reputable law firm.

Candidates should be highly motivated and team oriented with strong client relationship skills and a demonstrated interest in business development. Although not necessary, a partial practice would be considered an asset.
