First Capital Realty is seeking a leasing lawyer to join its first-class team of professionals at its downtown Toronto office located in Liberty Village.

LEGAL COUNSEL
The successful candidate will negotiate, draft and review a variety of lease agreements
and ancillary documentation; provide advice with respect to landlord-tenant rights and
obligations; and support a variety of real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will have
2 to 5 years of post-call commercial real estate experience focused on commercial leasing.
