First Capital Realty is seeking a leasing lawyer to join its first-class team of professionals at its downtown Toronto office located in Liberty Village.

DIRECTOR
Reporting to the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, the successful candidate will negotiate, draft and review all lease agreements; advise on various aspects of acquisitions, dispositions and developments, including preparing and reviewing agreements of purchase of sale, due diligence materials and closing documents; advising on legal aspects relating to various operational issues; managing a team of law clerks and professionals; and providing advice with respect to all other legal matters affecting First Capital Realty’s business. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 10 years of post-call commercial real estate experience focused on commercial leasing.
