Georgian is looking for an experienced Corporate Lawyer to join their growing and nimble legal team. This unique opportunity is for proactive individuals with strong legal backgrounds, superior analytical skills, and excellent business judgment. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, you will work closely with multiple business units to provide expert advice on private fund matters, contractual matters and support the company’s strategic initiatives. Some duties include but are not limited to: work closely with key stakeholders across Georgian business functions on fund formation, fundraising, governance and investor relations; draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a range of enterprise-level contracts; collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives and strategies; collaborate with external legal counsel to ensure risk based delivery of legal services; and identify and implement innovative and scalable legal practices to support Georgian’s ongoing growth and expanding business activities.

The successful candidate will have 4-6 years of experience practicing general corporate law, with a focus on private funds, at a top-tier law firm or in-house legal department.
