Our client is currently looking to bring on an Employment Lawyer to join its team. The successful candidate will offer legal counsel and guidance with, but not limited to the following: advising on employee discipline, termination, privacy, employment equity, health & safety and industrial relations matters; leading and managing employment-related litigation; and reviewing litigation strategies and/or settlement options with outside counsel. The successful candidate will bring a minimum of 5 years of employment law experience with an in-depth knowledge of all relevant federal and provincial legislation.
