Due to its continued success, our client’s Palo Alto office is seeking to add a junior transactional lawyer to its team. The successful candidate will engage in a variety of matters including private equity, venture capital, initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, securities and public finance.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of transactional experience gained from a leading law firm and strong academic credentials.
