MPX International is seeking a junior Corporate/Commercial Lawyer to join their team at its head office in Toronto. Reporting to the General Counsel and working closely with the Executive Team and international divisions, the successful candidate will enjoy exposure to a variety of work including commercial, corporate and transactional matters. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to: negotiating and drafting a range of commercial agreements (international and domestic), advising on M&A, assisting with Board duties including preparing minutes and agendas, managing corporate maintenance, securities disclosure as well as litigation.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of general corporate/commercial experience gained from a reputable law firm or an in-house law department. MPX International is seeking an entrepreneurial minded lawyer who wants to participate in the continued growth of this company as the legal cannabis market continues to transform.
