Orlando employs a “Total Package” approach to the development of real property, from the purchase of large tracts of undeveloped land through planning, servicing, and development of the property, to leasing, design, construction and property management.

Orlando is seeking a Mid-Level Commercial Real Estate Associate to join its head office located in Mississauga. Reporting to the General Counsel, the successful candidate will enjoy an excellent variety of work as well as exposure to an integrated and collegial team of professionals including engineers, architects, accountants and construction, leasing and property managers. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: leading complex transactions including acquisitions, dispositions and financings; negotiating and drafting a variety of agreements including purchase and sale agreements, financing agreements and lease agreements; advising on leasing, property management, land development and insolvency matters, managing litigation and executing general corporate work.

The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of post-call real estate experience gained from a reputable law firm or major real estate player. Orlando is seeking a confident negotiator who is business-minded, entrepreneurial and who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
