About the Role
Our client, a preeminent law firm, is seeking a Pensions and Benefits Associate to join their team of experts. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to provide legal counsel on sophisticated pension plan issues arising independently and in the context of M&A and restructuring. The ideal candidate will have experience in Canadian pension and benefits law, including compliance with federal and provincial regulations. You will also have an opportunity to work on and assist with complex benefits issues, design, establishment, administration and investment of registered and non-registered pension plans.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of relevant experience in the industry.
