The firm is seeking an experienced corporate/commercial lawyer to join their established Business Law Practice. The ideal candidate will have a partial portable practice or a demonstrated ability to build a client base, leveraging both their own relationships as well as the firm’s existing ones.

SNF is open to candidates with a wide range of corporate/commercial experience that will build on, and complement an existing practice comprised of: the purchase, sale, and financing of businesses; day to day advisory work including the negotiation and drafting of a range of agreements including shareholders agreements, partnership agreements, and employment contracts; as well as advising on acquisitions, dispositions and financings of commercial property.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of post call experience in either corporate/commercial or real estate law from another reputable firm.
