Sterimax is currently seeking a talented lawyer to join its team as Head of Legal & Corporate Development. The successful candidate will be a member of the Senior Leadership Team and report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer. In this role, you will work closely with internal business units and external stakeholders on day-to-day matters and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities will include: providing legal expertise on mergers
and acquisitions; leading contract management including negotiating and drafting contracts; advising on risk, compliance and dispute resolution; offering guidance on finance, cyber security, privacy and corporate governance matters as they arise.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of corporate/commercial post-call experience gained from a reputable law firm or in house environment with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute legal strategy. Exceptional negotiation and drafting skills, excellent judgement and superior communication skills are a must. Experience in pharma or another highly regulated industry would be considered an asset.
