TSG is seeking an experienced in-house professional to join its team as
Chief Legal Officer at its corporate office in Aurora. Reporting to the President,
the successful candidate will advise on a broad spectrum of legal matters and provide
strategic support to the company’s senior management and various business units.
Some of the responsibilities will include: supporting acquisitions and dispositions with
respect to a variety of assets including real estate holdings; negotiating and drafting
key commercial contracts, managing litigation and advising on regulatory, employment,
and IP matters.

The ideal candidate will have 12-18 years of post-call corporate/commercial
experience gained from both a leading law firm and major organization. Given the
core assets of TSG’s business in gaming and real estate, prior experience in these
areas would be considered valuable. TSG is seeking an adaptable, confident and
entrepreneurial individual who has a demonstrated track record of providing strong
