TSC is seeking a talented and motivated Corporate or Real Estate lawyer to join their Mississauga office. The successful candidate will work closely with, and benefit from the mentorship and training of two of the firm’s founding partners. They will have the opportunity to develop a well-rounded practice and work on a range of corporate/commercial, real estate and secured lending matters which will include: advising on acquisitions and dispositions, corporate reorganizations and amalgamations; negotiating and drafting various commercial agreements and transactional documents including shareholder agreements, agreements of purchase and sale for commercial properties, mortgage commitments and leases; and advising on secured lending transactions.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in either corporate, real estate or secured lending matters gained from another reputable firm or an in-house legal department. This is a great opportunity for a lawyer to gain hands-on experience in an environment that offers balance and predictability with a team that is friendly and collaborative.
